Schematic Capture

The art of connection ICs, passive components (capacitors, resistors and inductors) and all the connectors you may need in your product. Any failour in this stage will result in mulfunction of the prototype. Special care will be taken by our expert to avoid any problem in this step.

Component selection plays an important role in final price as well as quality of the product.
We pay special attention to our component selection and we do it at very first stage of the design such that right after schematic drawing is finished, we know exactly what components with part numbers and from what supplier are supposed to be purchased so we can order them during the PCB design. This speeds up prototyping process in total.

It happens often that schematic symbols and required footprints are not listed in the CAD software (regardless what CAD is used). This leads to create our own libraries. We already have a great integrated libraries which we can use immidiately and speed up the entire design process.

Modular design

Wa take advangage of modular design methods in all of our designs.

A modular design can be characterized by functional partitioning into discrete scalable and reusable modules, rigorous use of well-defined modular interfaces, and making use of industry standards for interfaces. In this context modularity is at the component level, and has a single dimension, component slottability. A modular system with this limited modularity is generally known as a platform system that uses modular components.

At the end of project and once the payment is fully done, we send our customers the project documentation.

The automated placement offered by all CAD softwares does not consider many constraints. That is why we use our years of experience while doing placement, not the CAD automated placement tools.

Improper component placement can lead to tons of issues that affect functionality, durability, manufacturability, and serviceability of the PCB. For example, placing analog and digital components without proper segregation is a perfect recipe for the analog signal to be compromised.

In today’s PCB design process, you need to be able to integrate mechanical design workflows into an electrical design tool. Transferring inaccurate design data back and forth between the ECAD and MCAD worlds not only causes frustrations for both design teams, but can also drastically increase the number of design spins required to fit the PCB into its final assembly. And regardless of the electrical design tool’s actual 3D capabilities, if you don’t have accurate component 3D modeling information, you can’t accurately analyze the mechanical clearances.

Manual Routing

We have been designing printed boards for a long time. Like most experienced PCB designers, We have our reservations about autorouters. Autorouters have a reputation for being difficult to set up and run, taking a long time to work, and giving questionable results. Often you would put your board into the router in the evening only to find the next morning that the results were not worth saving. We knew designers who would spend hours and hours “cleaning up” the routing that the autorouter had created. Often their cleanup wasn’t done to correct circuitry problems, they just couldn’t stand how it looked. Traces that would circle around the edge of the board, instead of going down a layer for the easy connection, were just one of the problems that an early router bit would produce.

Hence we avoid using automation and to stick with manual hand-routing instead.

DRC Check

Rep quia consequuntur magni dolores eos Design Rule Checking (DRC) is a powerful automated feature that checks both the logical and physical integrity of a design. Checks are made against any, or all enabled Design Rules.

This should be done on every routed board to confirm that minimum clearance rules have been maintained and that there are no other design violations.

A bill of materials or product structure (sometimes bill of material, BOM or associated list) is a list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts, and the quantities of each needed to manufacture an end product. A BOM may be used for communication between manufacturing partners or confined to a single manufacturing plant.

How do we calculate the prices?

Based on experience we can usually estimate a realistic amount of time your project would take and let you know in advance. After written agreement we beging the job and if during the project we notince we need more time because of a certian reason, we will let you know and ask for a new written agreement and finally we charge based on real man/hour effort.
